The Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Aligarh is a manifestation of a cherished vision. It stands as a testament to the inspiration drawn from Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi, motivating its founder Sri Rakesh Gupta to establish an institution dedicated to India’s esteemed and time-honored medical science, Ayurveda. The journey commenced in April 2002 with the formation and registration of Om Sri Sai Shiksha Samiti under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. Sri Gupta, in a gesture of profound dedication, transferred his extensive herbal estate and grove spanning over ten acres on the outskirts of Aligarh (G.T. Road) to the Society, laying the foundation for an Ayurvedic College. Notably, our College & Hospital achieved the milestone of being the first to secure permanent affiliation with Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush University Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh, enabling the accreditation of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S.) degree programs.
